Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative (CTTI) is hosting a free public webinar on May 18, 2023, to unveil new recommendations for improving diversity in clinical trials. The webinar will feature:
- Remarks from Richardae Araojo, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- A project overview from Luther Clark, Merck
- A maturity model overview from Dawn Corbett, NIH.
A panel discussion will follow, focusing on stakeholder perspectives related to the integration of the new recommendations.
The recommendations were developed as part of the Diversity Project by experts and key stakeholders from the clinical trials enterprise. They aim to promote long-term, transformative strategies rooted in a deep organizational commitment to developing clinical trial research infrastructure that is more responsive to the needs of historically underrepresented populations.
