Cid Gomes is the Director of Information Technology for CITI Program. He has served in multiple leadership roles in IT including as Director and Chief Technology Officer with companies across different industries. He started his career as a database engineer before moving on to infrastructure and later management. Cid holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University-New Brunswick (formerly Rutgers College).
