What happens after I complete a course?

Once all required course content is complete including finishing all quizzes with a passing score, you will be able to download a completion report or access a unique online link for that course that you can share when needed. Just log in to your CITI Program account and click “My Reports.” Your organization may also be sent a completion report automatically.

Learners whose course access comes by way of an organizational affiliation can view course materials for as long as the affiliation is active and the organization continues to provide that type of content to its learners.

An independent learner subscription includes access to one CITI Program course or webinar for one learner for one year from the date of purchase or activation. Completion reports are valid for one year from the date of course completion. A single course completion certificate will be issued when the course requirements are completed.
