NASA Seeks Public Input on New COI and COC Policy

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is requesting public input on its new new conflict of interest (COI) and conflict of commitment (COC) disclosure policy. Once all feedback is considered, NASA intends to implement the new policy through the NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM). This policy is a response to the U.S. Government Accountability Office’s recommendations to address undue foreign influence in research and the responsible application of taxpayer money.

Visit the notice page to submit a formal comment by March 1, 2023 and for more information, including details on how the GCAM will be revised.
