Stephen Frattini, DVM

Dr. Stephen Frattini is a veterinarian and senior program compliance manager in the Office of Research Compliance at Northwell Health. His current role is to lead the preclinical non-human subject compliance program at Northwell Health, including animal research, biosafety, and controlled substance management. While at Cornell, he studied aquatic animal health at Cornell’s College of Veterinary Medicine where he conducted research on viral transmission in freshwater fishes of the Great Lakes watershed. Immediately prior to his current role he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research where he studied immune system impacts on the brain.
