The CRA Helper

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Research and have been in the industry for over 20 years. I began my career as an In-house Clinical Research Associate and later transitioned to an on-site CRA. After 14 years of monitoring, I transitioned from a Senior CRA to a Line Manager role that focused on training new CRAs. After about 4 years in this position, our company experienced layoffs, and this paved the way for me to begin my career as The CRA Helper, where I provide online training to those new to the CRA role and the industry.
